Supply Chain Coordinator

Remote Full-Time Fixed Monthly Salary

Prime Shelf Space is growing, and we're expanding the team behind the brands we represent.

We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to keep products flowing smoothly from suppliers to shelves. You'll manage purchase orders, monitor inventory, coordinate with co-packers and 3PLs, and make sure our brands stay in stock and on schedule.

This is a full-time remote role for someone who thrives on planning, problem-solving, and keeping all the moving pieces aligned.

About the role

What you'll do

  • Create and manage purchase orders with suppliers and co-packers
  • Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and 3PLs to prevent stockouts and overstock
  • Coordinate production schedules and lead times to align with launches and promotions
  • Track shipments from origin to destination and resolve delays with carriers and vendors
  • Maintain accurate item, cost, and supplier data in our systems
  • Work with brand managers and retail teams to forecast demand and plan reorders
  • Support new item setups, packaging changes, and supplier onboarding
  • Identify process improvements and help streamline supply chain workflows

Compensation

Fixed Monthly SalaryFull-time, salaried position

Who we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or operations
  • Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple SKUs and suppliers
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, ERPs, and inventory systems
  • Clear, professional communication with suppliers and internal teams
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CPG, food & beverage, or retail supply chains is a plus
