Logistics & Fulfillment Associate

Remote Full-Time Fixed Monthly Salary

Prime Shelf Space is growing, and we're expanding the team behind the brands we represent.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Fulfillment Associate to help keep our orders, inventory, and shipments moving smoothly across our brand portfolio. You'll coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and 3PL partners to make sure the right products get to the right places on time.

This is a full-time remote role for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and keeping operations running behind the scenes.

About the role

What you'll do

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across warehouses, 3PLs, and carrier partners
  • Track inventory levels and flag low-stock or overstock situations before they impact orders
  • Process and monitor retail and DTC orders from receipt through delivery
  • Resolve shipping delays, lost shipments, and carrier issues with vendors and partners
  • Maintain accurate records in our inventory and order management systems
  • Prepare shipping documents, BOLs, and customs paperwork for freight and international shipments
  • Support returns, chargebacks, and reverse logistics when issues arise
  • Collaborate with brand managers, retail teams, and suppliers to keep fulfillment aligned with launches and promotions

Compensation

Fixed Monthly SalaryFull-time, salaried position

This is a stable, full-time role with a consistent monthly salary and room to grow as our fulfillment volume expands.

Who we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or warehouse operations
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage many moving parts at once
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, order systems, and carrier portals
  • Clear, professional communication with vendors, 3PLs, and internal teams
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CPG, retail, or DTC fulfillment is a strong plus
