Remote Full-Time Fixed Monthly Salary

Prime Shelf Space is growing, and we're expanding the team behind the brands we represent.

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media & Content Creator to own the social presence of our partner brands. You'll plan, shoot, edit, and publish content that stops the scroll — across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms — while building real engagement and community around each brand.

This is a full-time remote role for someone who lives and breathes social, understands what makes content perform, and can turn products into stories people want to follow.

About the role

What you'll do

  • Own the social media strategy and content calendar for Prime Shelf Space partner brands
  • Create original photo, video, and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Shoot and edit video content, including product features, behind-the-scenes, and trend-driven reels
  • Write captions, hooks, and copy that match each brand's voice and drive engagement
  • Schedule and publish posts, stories, and reels consistently across brand accounts
  • Monitor comments and DMs, engage with the community, and escalate issues as needed
  • Track performance metrics, test new formats, and report on what's working
  • Collaborate with brand managers and the creative team to align content with campaigns and launches

Compensation

Fixed Monthly SalaryFull-time, salaried position

This is a stable, full-time remote role with a consistent monthly salary and room to grow as our brand portfolio expands.

Who we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
  • Strong portfolio of short-form video and photo content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
  • Comfortable on camera and confident shooting and editing your own content
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Sharp eye for trends, hooks, and what makes content perform
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple brand accounts
  • Bonus: experience with CPG, retail, or consumer brands
